Join us for a 3 course meal at Proyecto Jardin inspired by the recipes and perspectives found in the book Decolonize Your Diet! 

Dine under the stars and immersed in a Boyle Heights Cultural Treasure, known to all as Proyecto Jardin. 

Speak with the farmers Proyecto Jardin's Food Growers Collective that are struggling to keep one of the community’s rare green spaces in community hands. #saveproyectojardin 

Support two youth that have been invited to give a workshop on community activism and education at the Harvard Alumni of Color Conference. 

MENU: 

• Agua de limón with tumeric and honey

• Warm Jardin greens Salad with beets and lemon thai basil vinaigrette

• Your choice of two main dishes with side of fresh frijoles de la olla and avocado slices:

• Jackfruit Chochinita Pibin with marinated red onions and cilantro

• Red Pipian over roasted Cauliflower garnished with fresh nopal slices

• Orange/Coconut Creamsicle Ice Cream
